By purchasing a subscription from Laeta Foods, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Our subscription service is designed to provide convenient, recurring deliveries of your favorite candy products.
Billing & Payments
Subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring basis according to the selected delivery frequency (e.g., weekly, monthly).
Your payment method will be charged at the time of purchase and automatically on each renewal date unless the subscription is canceled or modified prior to the billing date.
Subscription Management
You may manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account.
Changes must be made at least 24 hours before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle.
Shipping
Subscription orders are processed and shipped according to our standard shipping timelines.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Product Availability
We strive to ensure consistent availability of all subscription products. However, in rare cases, we may need to substitute items of equal or greater value if a product is out of stock.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of food products, subscription orders are non-returnable.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we will make it right.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account.
Cancellations made after a billing charge has been processed will apply to the next billing cycle.
